The Owen Sound & District Chamber of Commerce announced the winners of its annual Business Excellence Awards held Thursday at the Best Western Inn on the Bay as a Mardi Gras style event hosted by comedian Steven Morel.
The Chamber partnered with local businesses Troy Life and Fire Safety as title sponsor and Popeyes Louisiana Chicken as reception sponsor of the event, attracting 125 attendees. Winners were selected in 13 categories sponsored by area businesses. Over 130 nominations were received and voted on by peers in business and the community.
