Violence Prevention Grey Bruce has announced the winners of the Art For Change contest. Launched in October of 2019, the contest invited youth in grades 7-12 and adults with intellectual and cognitive disabilities to create art about healthy and unhealthy relationships. Today, there was a poster at an Owen Sound grocery store warning people not to wear masks. The poster is a good example of fear mongering turned into an attack on Islam. In the middle of a pandemic, we urge everyone to understand the true nature of posters like this and recognize that the individuals and groups that put up these posters do not care about your health or your independence. . .
