The Ontario Government is looking to award a private contract for online testing of teachers' grade 3 to 9 math and pedagogy skills. According to previous announcements, a 70 percent grade in the multiple-choice test will be required.
No dollar amount is mentioned in the tender. The winning bidder will report to the EQAO, whose own research has questioned the efficacy of such tests.
