Our MP Larry Miller recently posted a "Lesson in Irony" in which a comparison is made between distributing food to 46 million Americans in the United States while at the same time discouraging citizens from feeding animals in their national parks for fear that the animals would become dependent on humans feeding them. The West Hill Secondary School Envirothon teams received first place at the 19 th annual Grey Bruce Regional Envirothon competition held at Camp Celtic in Lion's Head on May 4 th , 2016. The senior team now advances to the provincial competition in Lindsay, which takes place from May 29 th - June 1 st , 2016.
Envirothon is an outdoors based team competition that builds environmental awareness and leadership among young people through practical, hands-on educational experiences.
