meaford hallMeaford Hall is reopening the theatre for Thursday Flicks on September 17 after being closed due since mid-March. They have announced a series of 4 films on Thursdays at 4pm with plans to add more films into the fall.

The Hall will have new protocols in place for patrons to ensure everyone’s experience is safe and enjoyable. Among the changes: There will be a max of 30 ticket sold to the first couple of shows, increasing to a max of 50 in weeks 3 and 4; Tickets must be purchased in advance and a name and contact phone number must be provided; Designatated seats in the theatre will allow for at least 6 feet between people (groups of two are allowed but no larger at this time); Masks will be mandatory in accordance with the Grey Bruce Health Unit order; Additional cleaning protolcols are in place between uses.

The first film on the screen is Parasite on Sept 17 followed by Once Upon a Time in Hollywood; The Farewell; and A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood.
