The Georgian Bay Folk Society is wrapping up the Summerfolk41 pre-holiday performer announcements with the East Pointers.

Tim Chaisson, Jake Charron, and Koady Chaisson filter generations of musical heritage through contemporary hands to make music that is ridiculously hip. The trio stays true to the feeling of East Coast traditional music with original tunes that have audiences clapping hands and stomping feet across North America, Europe, and Australia. This young band are proving to another generation of music lovers that traditional music is still one of the best reasons on the planet to raise a pint and spend the night dancing. They will demonstrate it again at the 41st Summerfolk Music and Crafts Festival August 19-21, 2016.
