Start the New Year off with music and song by joining Rock The Sound Choirs & Elemental Drum Ensemble.

Love to sing? Curious about African and Middle Eastern frame drumming? If so - be sure to check out Tara MacKenzie's Rock The Sound choirs and groups! This year they are celebrating their 10th season and will be performing the favourites from past shows.

Pick from Adult Choir, Youth Choir (ages 7 to 10 & 11 to 13), Teen Ensemble (ages 14 to 19) and the Elemental World Drum Ensemble. Everyone is welcome to join these fun filled groups. No previous experience is necessary. All groups meet weekly at the Harmony Centre located at 890 4th Avenue East in downtown Owen Sound.

Also this year, Tara will be hosting a Bodhran Club from January to May on the third Sunday of the month. Come and learn all about this Gaelic Drum, together in a fun group atmosphere. Classes are just $15 each. Beginners to Intermediate will gain skill, stamina and greater pattern exploration for dance styles such as Jig, Reel, Hornpipe and Slip Jig. Funky grooves await you! For ages 10 years and up.
