Join in the fun with the Fiddlefern Country Dancers on Saturday, March 3rd. Contra dancing is like eating kale ... it's great for the body and brain! Come by yourself or with friends or family. Bring your kids. Beginners are always welcome. We'll be dancing to music from Anne Lederman, Iain Bell and Tom Leighton. Kris Rosar will expertly guide us through the steps. Doors open at St. George's Church Hall, 1049 4th Ave. E. in Owen Sound at 7:15 pm. Warm-up orientation (recommended for beginners) at 7:30. Dancing is from 8 to 11pm. $12 adults, $8 students, 16 and under free of charge. Bring soft-soled shoes for dancing and wear comfortable, layered clothing – you may get warm!
