The Tom Thomson Art Gallery is seeking a Student Education Assistant to develop and facilitate educational programming this summer.

The Education Assistant will develop and conduct tours for diverse audiences; develop education kits that will be used with children’s tours and workshops; assist with public education and outreach for the gallery.

The Education Assistant will also have the opportunity to develop a summer exhibition based on the Gallery’s Collection. This is a great opportunity to work with and learn from museum/gallery professionals working in one of Ontario’s finest regional public art galleries.
