Mr. Geberdt has been an integral contributor to the Sydenham Sportsmen’s Association for over 30 years and is finally receiving the recognition he deserves. His exceptional knowledge of fisheries and the outdoors has provided outstanding resources for the Association. To limit capacity in Council Chambers, the presentation was pre-recorded and played during last evening’s Council meeting. The video can be viewed on the City’s website at www.owensound.ca/volunteer.
"Our community is an amazing place to live because of the effort of our volunteers. We thank all of the citizens who provide their time and energy, while expecting very little in return. We are pleased to recognize these three special volunteers for 2020," says Mayor Ian Boddy.
