music at the market

Music at the Market is taking over the Farmers’ Market in Owen Sound’s River District Thursdays and Fridays starting July 15 from noon - 2 p.m. The free lunchtime concert series features some of the best musical talent from Owen Sound, Grey County and the surrounding area.

There will be a full slate of entertainers including many well-known favourites; Victoria Yeh, Onion Honey, Jayden Grahlman, The Rob Elder Trio, Piper and Carson, Scotty Kipfer, Chris Scerri and Jon Zaslow, Drew McIvor, The Mackenzie Blues Band, Mike McCarthy Band, The Honey Hammers, Suzie Vinnick, River and Rock, Horseshoes and Hand Grenades and two days featuring musicians from Summerfolk.

Grab your lunch from one of the restaurants or cafes in the River District and a lawn chair and join us. Event attendees who are not seated with members of their own household and may not be able to maintain two metres of physical distancing are strongly encouraged to wear a mask or face covering in a manner that covers their mouth, nose and, chin.
