To complete road rehabilitation and paving, 8^th Street East will be closed to through traffic from 8^th Avenue East to 9^th Avenue East between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. tomorrow, Friday, May 5, 2023. 

10^th Street East or 6^th Street East  are suggested as alternate routes during daytime hours to avoid the closure.

Inclement weather conditions may impact closure operations.

This closure is to facilitate the completion of the City of Owen Sound 2022 Asphalt Rehabilitation Program.  Tomorrow’s closure will allow asphalt paving and line markings to be completed.
