freezingThe City of Owen Sound reminds residents that certain municipal buildings are open during this chilly

With the anticipated low temperatures, people are encouraged to seek shelter and stay warm. Also, please remember to check on neighbours to ensure they are safe.

The following municipal buildings are open to the public:

 

 The Owen Sound & North Grey Union Public Library (Sunday 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.)

 The Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre  (Sunday 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday 8 AM to 11 PM)

 Julie McArthur Regional Recreation Centre  (Sunday 8 AM to 11 PM, Monday, 8 AM to 11PM)

Environment Canada recommends the following to stay safe in cold weather: listen to the weather forecast; plan ahead; dress warmly; seek shelter; stay dry; keep active and be aware.
