The city has issued a Notice of Intention to pass a fees and charges by-law. New proposed fees and charges here.

Please be advised that The Corporation of the City of Owen Sound intends to adopt the proposed 2018 Fees and Charges By-law, in accordance with subsection 391(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25.

The meeting at which the by-law will be presented will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 12, 2018 at the Bayshore Community Centre, Christie Hare Room, 1900 3rd Avenue East, Owen Sound, ON N4K 2H4.

Notice is being provided in accordance with City Policy No. CrS-C29. If the matter is postponed or considered at a subsequent Council meeting, no additional notice will be provided other than the information on the subsequent Council agenda.
