Be prepared for slow or backed-up traffic in downtown Owen Sound.
The Sydenham will be doing partial lane shift in the westbound lane in front of their construction site at 80 9th Street East.
The lane sthift will be in effect today (Tuesday) and Wednesday to accommodate deliveries.
