The City is seeking greater feedback and ask all members of the public to participate and share their experience with the retail and commercial environment in Owen Sound by completing an online survey.

The survey can be found at www.owensound.ca/rcp and will be made available until Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at 4:30pm.

On March 21st, the City's Community Services Committee hosted a Public and Stakeholder Working Session where the consulting team from MHBC Planning Limited presented an overview of the purpose and process of the City's Retail and Commercial Policy Review and sought feedback from the public and stakeholders.

The City of Owen Sound wishes to thank all who participated. The session garnered valuable responses from councillors and members of the public to ensure the City's Retail and Commercial Policy Review is informed by feedback from residents and stakeholders.

The Retail and Commercial Policy Review will ensure the policies of the City's Official Plan, with respect to retail and commercial policies, are responsive to current and emerging trends, and achieve the goals and objectives City Council has committed to.
