The City of Owen Sound will be holding a Ceremony for the Declaration of Office and Inaugural Council Meeting on Monday, December 3, 2018.

This historical event will be taking place at 7:00 p.m. at the Roxy Theatre, 251 9th Street East, Owen Sound. The Declaration of Office and Inaugural Council Meeting will also include a procession of the dignitaries and special musical performances by the Bluewater Chorus of Sweet Adelines.

The public is invited to attend this free event.
