It’s that time of year again! Parks and Open Space staff are hard at work setting up the Good Cheer Ice Rink at Harrison Park. The City plans to open the rink on Saturday December 8th, weather permitting.

During the ice building process the Rink remains closed. Signs are posted in Harrison Park indicating that the rink is closed and will be removed once the ice installation process has been completed.

People are encouraged to follow the City of Owen Sound on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for updates regarding the Good Cheer Rink at Harrison Park.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind outdoor rink users to follow the H.O.S.E rule:

Hockey on Odd numbered days,

Skating on Even numbered days.
