The Downtown River Precinct (DRP) Phase I reconstruction is set to begin April 29, 2019. During construction, parking will be impacted in Parking Lot 1, located behind City Hall; the 800 block of 1st Avenue East as well as 8th Street from 1st Avenue East to 2nd Avenue East. Visitor parking adjacent to City Hall in Lot 1 will be maintained as much as possible during construction.

City Hall and all downtown businesses within the construction area will remain open for the duration of the project. 2 hour complimentary parking is available on adjacent streets and 5 hour complimentary parking is available in all Municipal Parking Lots. Parking pass users can use their pass in any of the other Municipal Parking Lots identified on the map.
