As part of the “Horseshoe” Watermain Upgrade project, please be advised that 10th Street West will be closed at 2nd Avenue West beginning Wednesday, July 17 until Friday, July 26, 2019.

Detour 1, for Eastbound light vehicle traffic only will begin at 10th Street West & 3rd Avenue West:

Proceed south at 3rd Avenue West to 9th Street West
Easterly along 9th Street West to 1st Avenue West
Northerly along 1st Avenue West to 10th Street West

Detour 2, for Westbound light vehicle traffic only will begin at 10th Street West & 1st Avenue West:

Proceed north at 1st Avenue West to 14th Street West
Westerly along 14th Street West to Alpha Street
Southerly along Alpha Street to 9th Avenue West/10th Street West

Both Eastbound and Westbound truck and heavy vehicles should use Detour 2 (Alpha Street, 14th Street West, 1st Avenue West.
