City Parks & Open Space staff will be working on the evening of Tuesday, May 12, 2020 to remove the Noma Lights over the 700 block, 800 block, 900 block and 1000 block of 2nd Avenue East.

2nd Avenue East between 7th Street East and 11th Street East will be closed between 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm on Tuesday, May 12th to ensure the work can be carried out safely for the public and staff.

As soon as the removal is completed, 2nd Avenue will be re-opened.

A map showing the location of the closure is attached. The intersections will remain open for east bound and west bound traffic.

Blocks will be re-opened as they are completed.

Customers in the affected area encouraged to utilize the complimentary 5-hour parking in long term lots during this service interruption.
