Hello Mr Ruff

I own a small business in Owen Sound, a home based hair salon. I've been in business since 2014.

I received the CERB payment for 3 months (March, April, May) while the government told me I had to close my doors. I was not allowed to work. I am  now being told I owe all of that $6000 back because on my taxes my net income was not over $5000. Totally understandable, except(!) for the fact that the government website does not state it has to be net income.

All of us small businesses will be forced to close our doors now owing all of this money back ON TOP of forcefully losing 3+ months of yearly income because we were forced to close our doors.

I have a family, I own my home, I pay my way in society through hard work and dedication to our community. We need your help, please.
