Regarding "South Bruce Peninsula hoping for Grey Sauble's support when it reapplies for dune work" , the GSCA Board Chair states:
“I think the board did an excellent job evaluating the ask for the permit and granting the permit approval last year. It’s based upon a policy that’s in place and was structured in 1994,”
Really! That is so last century. If it was 1984, would that have even been better? Doing one's job using outdated rules must cause the qualified people who have to apply them to cringe.
In my opinion, no person qualified to assess this situation on its own merits would think this was a good idea.
