Canada should not take part in the U.S.'s missile defense system. If the United States had turned the other cheek after 9-11, we would be far less likely to be in the mess that we are in today. North Korea sees itself as a cornered rat snarling and feinting to keep its enemies at bay. Canada joining the missile defense system would only make the situation worse.
