OSFHT is the acronym for Owen Sound Family Health Team. A team to me implies that everyone who contributes to the success of the team is a team member. In this instance, the managers of the OSFH Team appear to be the Doctors - who admittedly are fundamental to the team's success. However, in my OSFHT experience, the members of the OSFH Team who assist me into the hallowed presence of my Doctor are just as important. I am sure that Doctors unjustifiably have to put up with a "Pill Hill" illusion as to their wealth but on the other hand I personally would not want to appear to be climbing upwards on the backs of others.
