Eat Local Grey Bruce is hosting a holiday auction currently until December 11th at 7 pm through a Facebook group. The goal of the auction is to raise funds to support our operations becoming more Zero Waste. We have gathered the warehouse space, jars, and containers needed but need support paying for an industrial dishwasher.

At current, we use plastic containers for some of our items due to historically not having space, resources, and funds to make zero waste options viable for our cooperative - especially as a non--profit. Throughout the past few months, we have seen a lot of growth through supporting our community through COVID 19, and we finally have some of the puzzle pieces necessary to finally make the zero-waste dream a reality! Please help us reach the final step.

There are three main ways you can support

Share the Facebook group with the graphics attached to this email to any social media account you have to get the word out (Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/312448649726323)
Join the group and bid on items you like
Join the group, and add an offering to the auction (Item, gift baskets, skill shares etc)

If you do not have Facebook but would like to donate an item - that is no problem at all! I can post for you - all I need is a photo of the item you wish to offer, the estimated cost and minimum bid if you would like to add one, in addition to if you will cover shipping, the winner will cover shipping, or if local pick up is the only thing available.
