Big Brothers Big Sisters of Grey Bruce is asking you to put on your baking hat, tie up your apron and get ready for Bake for Kids’ Sake, coming this December!
Our virtual baking challenge asks you to bake or create a home for the holidays themed edible house or cookie creation. Anything edible goes in the house category!
Make your creation at a time that works for you, then snap a photo or video and send it to us. It’s that easy!
We have a category for everyone. These competing categories are: 1. Bakers under 16 years old, 2. Bakers over 16 years old and 3. Professional Bakers.
Registration is $25 per baker. Participants can also fundraise by asking their family, friends and neighbours to support them through pledges. All funds raised will help us support the many youth we currently serve and those still looking for a life-changing mentoring relationship, that promotes emotional well-being and expands the possibilities for children and youth to realize their full potential.
Prizes will be awarded to the Creative Genius and Golden Star Award for Fundraising Excellence in each category.
