When the world seems in total chaos

Turn down the news with violent views
Of people, war and dread .
Turn up the beauty all around
And applaud the good instead.

Be kind to those whose path you cross
And fill your heart with love,
Cuz spirit grows and spreads and knows
And connects with what’s above.

Kindness with the ones you love,
even when you don’t agree
Kindness with those you don’t like
And when you'd rather flee.

Kindness is a catchy thing
It gets passed from one to one
Kindness flows and kindness grows
And leaps and gathers and builds
And shares and blends and trusts and loves and....
Yes you can make a difference.
