The first NASA missions returning to the moon after 50 years will begin today, August 29, with Artemis 1. The second mission (Intuitive Machines Mission 1) will launch in October 2022.

Local writer Mike Holden is part of the “Writers on the Moon” project. He has a story called "Red Mustang" in an anthology (The Time Travel Chronicles) that will be part of the Peregrine Lander. The image to the left, with a dime for scale, shows the chips that will be in a time capsule located on Lacus Mortis.
