Two beloved and iconic Canadian brands are teaming up in a delicious partnership this summer for the chance for one lucky Canadian to win big for their home and community.
Both companies hope to inspire Canadians to get creative and share special family moments making the ultimate ice cream sandwich or another interesting summer dessert
Canada’s favourite children’s cookie, Bear Paws (made by Dare Foods Ltd.) and the award-winning Chapman’s are inviting Canadians to participate in a nationwide contest.
The contest prize includes a summer-long supply of cookies and ice cream, $1,000 grocery gift card and $2,000 donation to a local charity (food bank or shelter) of the winner’s choice.
The contest will run through the months of May and June and can be joined here. Participants are invited to share their creations on social media with the hashtag #MadeToShareCanada.
MadetoShare.ca will also offer creative recipes using both brands.
“Ice cream and cookies are a natural fit, but when you add creativity and imagination to the experience, it brings the enjoyment to another dimension! We can’t wait to see all the wonderful creations inspired by this program and look forward to sharing moments of joy among those in the winner’s home community,” says Chapman’s CEO, Ashley Chapman.
Not only does Bear Paws and Chapman’s Made to Share contest taste good, it feels good too. Parents love the quality ingredients and natural flavour and colour in Bear Paws products. Chapman’s nut free Markdale Creamery ice cream is ranked as the most trusted ice cream brand for parents, and those with allergies. Chewy cookies, and decadent ice cream…it’s a perfect fit!
“We are excited to bring these two well-recognized brands together. The contest is an entertaining way to engage with our consumers across the country and share our ideas,” says Scott Chapman, Category Manager at Dare Foods Ltd.
