Exam time can be a stressful time for students.
At OSDSS students have been treated to smoothies on the first day of exams by the Canadian Mental Health Youth Awareness Team. Free smoothies were provided in the cafeteria for all to enjoy! Free Yoga classes were offered at lunch all month. Visits from Golden Retriever Layla, and her handler, Paul Bartlett from St. John's Ambulance visits regularly.
Leadership class also hosted a Nap Day and Open Jam session at lunch in the gym. The Link Crew Leaders lead a Cocoa and Cram Session and exam preparation tips were also shared with all Grade 9 students. Overall it was a huge stress relieving success!
