Exterior steel studs continue to go in at The Sydenham. The crew is now on the final residence floor of the 32-residence luxury condominium. Soon the big lifts will come in to complete the installation of the exterior sheathing.

Jaland General Contractors has been hard at work installing the walls between suites. KPH has installed most of the heating plenums andlarge part of the ductwork and gas piping. Georgian Bay Fire & Safety has done most of the mains for the sprinkler systems and is working on the electrical feeds for the floors of the building. The elevator shaft has been poured to the 4th floor and delivery of the elevators is expected in April.

Construction site tours will be coming soon at The Sydenham; an opportunity to get a first-hand look at the actual suite layouts, admire the views from the terraces and see the progress that has been made on this landmark project in downtown Owen Sound.
