Spring has sprung at The Sydenham. Along with the flowers outside, walls are springing up inside the building. JA/Land General Contractors has completed all the walls between the individual units and has started framing the inside of the suites.

Concrete was poured today by Grey County Concrete for the remainder of the 7th floor and the final floor of the elevator shaft was poured as well. The first part of the roof will go on soon!

KPH is soon to finish the heating plenums, ductwork and gas piping. Georgian Bay Fire & Safety continues moving along with wiring the hallways and stairwells. The Sydenham crew is making great headway with sheathing the outside of the building and will finish the exterior framing on the 7th floor next week.
