Did you grow up in a stressful or chaotic environment? Were you impacted by trauma in your early years? Grey Bruce Health Services is hosting a public meeting to help parents, families, and care givers recognize the destructive coping strategies that evolve in adolescents and adults who suffered from trauma in their youth.
Psychiatrist Dr. Benjamin Loveday will discuss what families can do to protect children from the unwanted impacts of stress. He will also help adults understand and begin to heal from their own experiences of childhood trauma.
