Endless Ground will continue to host monthly meditation drop-in classes starting Sunday February 24th from 1pm-3pm.

We have moved locations and are now holding classes at the Harmony Centre in Owen Sound located at 890 4th Avenue East, Owen Sound, ON N4K 2N7.

No meditation experience required. We will be practicing sitting and walking meditation. Chairs provided but bring a cushion if you prefer to sit on the floor. There will be a talk following meditation practice.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to get settled in. Class consists of sitting meditation, walking meditation, and a brief talk.

Cost: In the traditional spirit of teachings available to all, there is no defined cost for participation in drop-in practice. There is an opportunity to support the session costs with an offering of dana – donation according to one’s means.
