Use creative non-fiction and fiction, poetry and journaling to learn techniques for restorying yourself, explore approaches to self-reflexive writing, review contexts where writing is being used for personal development, and optionally share your writing with the course instructor and fellow participants.
“Expressive writing, also known as writing for wellness and therapeutic writing has revealed a new world to me. I’ve found that when I write about my personal experiences, goals and desires, I achieve a sense of peace and acceptance about life’s many challenges,” says Kat McNichol, Editor-in-Chief and Founder of Dreamers.
This is a full-day workshop and lunch is included with your registration fee of $75.
