Please join us for the ninth-annual Grey Bruce One World Festival — Thursday, May 23 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.— and help us celebrate diversity in Grey and Bruce.
It’s free and everyone is welcome!
There will be music, dance, First Nations drumming and singing, crafts, activities and games from around the world, along with interactive displays from local agencies and heritage, cultural and educational groups — all illustrating the themes of inclusivity, diversity and respect — and a community-art project led by a local artist, as well as make-art projects at the library and the TOM.
This year's festival will be held on 1st Avenue West in Owen Sound, between 8th Street West and 9th Street West— and in the Owen Sound & North Grey Union Public Library, the Tom Thomson Art Gallery and St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church
We are still seeking representatives from local heritage groups to host booths at the event. For information, go to http://greybruceoneworldfestival.org and choose Join Us!
