Are you looking to get wild this summer? Join the Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre for virtual programs with Speaking of Wildlife.
Each Wednesday from July 29 to September 2 at 2 pm, Speaking of Wildlife will be live on the Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre’s Facebook page. These 30-minute virtual programs will feature three Ontario wildlife ambassadors where you’ll learn more about their species, adaptations and habitat. Join us for an up-close look at some of Ontario’s magnificent wild creatures.
Speaking of Wildlife is a wildlife education centre that provides permanent sanctuary to non-releasable Ontario wildlife; many of their animals have been injured, orphaned, abandoned or illegally kept as pets and cannot be released to the wild as they should. Instead, they will live out their lives with Speaking of Wildlife and, where suited, participate in their live-animal education programs; teaching audiences across the province about the animals that we share our environment with.
Speaking of Wildlife is proudly presented by Bruce Power. For additional information about this program and other programs offered by the BCM&CC please visit www.brucemuseum.ca.
