The Municipality of Meaford has partnered with local business Meaford Recycling to offer electronic waste drop-off 6 days a week at a new location.

As of Tuesday April 6, Meaford Recycling, located at 146024 Grey Road 12, will be accepting disposal of electronic waste items (eWaste). Meaford Residents can drop off eWaste at this facility Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (closed statutory holidays), with no disposal fees. Please use the designated bins, and do not drop off items afterhours.

“Meaford Recycling is a recognized service provider through the Electronic Products Recycling Association” said Director of Infrastructure Services Tori Perejmybida. “We are so pleased to be able to enhance this service for our residents, and hopefully divert even more electronic waste from going to the landfill”.
