Big Brothers Big Sisters Grey Bruce thanks participants, donors and sponsors for their support in this year's Coins 4 Kids Sake Fundraiser.

This year kids had the option of fundraising in two ways. Kids collected donations from their family and friends through our online donation form and/or one of our Halloween cans to collect coins while they trick or treated. Although this is one of our smaller fundraisers, we were able to raise a lot of funds this year. We collected over $3,700!

Congratulations to our 1st place winner who raised over $1000! Outstanding work, Pagan! Great job to our 2nd place winner Tess and 3rd place winner Trinity!

Not only did we have participation from kids in our community, but local businesses participated for the second year. Congratulations to the Frog Pond Café located in Owen Sound, for collecting the most funds.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Grey Bruce wants to give a huge “THANK YOU!” to all the participants and everyone who donated. We also want to thank our sponsor Smith’s Apples in Port Elgin and our donors, Home Hardware Port Elgin, Staples in Owen Sound and Scenic City Games Emporium. It is only with the support of all of you, that we are able to continue providing meaningful relationships to youth in our community who are in need of our services.

A little change adds up and will make a BIG difference for our mentoring programs! Thank you!
