On February 2nd, 2022, Grey Highlands Council unanimously approved a bylaw paving the way for the final sale of the Municipally owned lands in the Beaver Valley to our group, Westway Capital Inc. (Westway). As such, Westway is looking forward to working with the Municipality of Grey Highlands and Grey County in building on the collective vision to revitalize the former Talisman lands.

Westway has assembled a group of award winning consultants and technical experts who will assist in the evaluation and design of the Project while the design, land use planning, and public consultation will be led by The Planning Partnership. “We are pleased that The Planning Partnership has agreed to join our team, not only because of their planning and design expertise, but their knowledge of the Talisman Lands and understanding of the local community” says Simone.
Given the importance of working with local stakeholders and the sensitivity of these lands, Westway has initiated early discussions with the Niagara Escarpment Commission, the Grey Sauble Conservation Authority and the Bruce Trail Conservancy to ensure our plans align with their objectives and integrate into the natural environment. Simone goes on to say that “working with government agencies and environmental stakeholders is paramount in realizing the municipal and community vision for these lands”.

Westway has successfully financed multiple real estate and investment projects throughout the province of Ontario and assembled best in class consultants, accredited financial partners and builders.
