Solemn and silent, hundreds gathered to join veterans and Legion members for the 2022 Remembrance Day Service at the Owen Sound cenotaph Friday.
Unseasonably warm temperatures welcomed participants as they remembered and reflected on those who have served, and those who never returned. Legion Branch 6 organizers were touched and honoured by the turnout as crowd size returned to pre-COVID levels, well above the 100-participant limit of the previous two years.
