Flato Developments is going to market with the first phase of its Greystone Village in Owen Sound on November 16 at 11:00 a.m. sharp.
A “save the date” email was sent today for the event, to be held at Flato Plaza, 2510 Countryside Drive, Brampton.
According to the announcement, freehold townhouses and singles will start at $699,900.
While there are not yet any shovels in the ground, applications were completed last fall for 830 units on the 8th Street East site opposite Georgian College – singles, town homes, two rental apartment blocks and “back to back” townhomes with common back and side walls.
Flato president Shakir Rehmatullah, in an interview with the Sun Times at that time, said it usually takes from 12 to 24 months to start some sort of construction after the project goes to market.
Flato has developments built or in process in Dundalk, Brampton, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Beeton, Markham, Vaughan and Caledon.
