Today's signifigant weather event didn't stop opposition to the Ontario government's Bill 23 as an Owen Sound demonstation gathered an enthusiastic – and warmly dressed – group Friday afternoon at MPP Rick Byers' constituency office at 1st Avenue West and 9th Street.
Province-wide demonstrations against the controversial bill are taking place today and through the weekend.
