Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce and the Grey Bruce OPP are seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in a business break, enter, and theft.

On Saturday, Jan. 7, police responded to an alarm at Peavey Mart, located on the Sunset Strip in Georgian Bluffs, and discovered that a suspect gained access to the store and broke into a locked glass display, stealing 3 handgun-style BB guns and a pellet rifle, valued at $568. The suspect fled on foot prior to police arrival.

The suspect was recorded on security video and appeared to be a male in his 30s, wearing a black face covering, red/orange winter jacket, a purple DC sweatshirt, gray toque, blue jeans, black shoes, gloves, and a dark coloured backpack.
