West Hill Secondary School hosted their first transition event for incoming grade 8's on December 1st. Over 200 students spent the day learning about exciting elective opportunities in Technology: Communications, Construction, Design, Automotive, Manufacturing, along with, The Arts, Music, Fashion, Hair Styling and Business. Highlights of the day included:learning more about why it is important to get involved in all aspects of secondary school, enjoying a delicious lunch prepared by our Culinary program, learning from over a 100 student leaders within the school what the WHSS community has to offer. A great day for the West Hill community.
