The City is interested in proposals for the development and delivery of a statistically relevant citizen satisfaction survey. The purpose of this project is to:

Gather information about top of mind issues of concern to citizens
Understand citizen satisfaction with and perceived importance of programs and services delivered by the City
Identify citizen perceptions and expectations concerning specific municipal priorities
Provide a baseline to track our progress with future surveys
