The Owen Sound Police Service is seeking the public's assistance regarding a two vehicle collision which occurred at the intersection of 9 th Avenue East at 8 th Street East at 12:19 a.m. on Sunday, May 29 th .

A red Chrysler Intrepid travelling southbound on 9 th Ave. East collided within the intersection with a grey Chevrolet Impala that had been travelling westbound on 8 th Street East. The Impala rolled over and came to rest on its roof partially on the front lawn of an 8 th Street residence. All 5 occupants of the motor vehicles were transported to hospital as a precautionary measure. Injuries are limited and very minor. Thankfully all occupants were properly seat belted. Both vehicles sustained major damage and had to be towed from the scene.

The matter remains under investigation. Any witnesses of the collision are encouraged to
