car2On December 13, 2016 at 3:53 a.m., the Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a single motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Grieg Settlement Road and Quarry Road, in the Town of South Bruce Peninsula.

Police are continuing their investigation into this Fail to Remain which occurred sometime between midnight and 3 a.m., on the morning of December 13, 2016.

The vehicle is described as a black two door, 1999, Honda Civic. The vehicle was not registered to the current owner. Police believe the lone occupant/driver removed the licence plates before departing the scene on foot.

The Bruce Peninsula OPP is requesting anyone with information regarding the vehicle and the driver or further details regarding the collision, to call police to call 1-888-310-1122.
