With milder temperatures in the forecast, snow banks will continue to melt during this unseasonably warm weather. It is expected that the continued rainfall will contribute to higher water levels and softer footing near riverbeds and the harbor in Owen Sound.

We ask that you use caution around the water and have a conversation with children, students and the vulnerable about the risks associated with a fall into the frigid waters of Georgian Bay.
